There is a bill on the table in Arizona that needs to be passed. Colorado needs to copy this bill and pass it ASAP.
God save the 10th amendment!

Hear, hear!!
The Feds having been treading dangerously upon the 10th for too long. Unless, and until, individual States stand and say NO!, it will continue.
This is a good trend to see starting.
I just read that Texas has filed a petition challenging the authority of the Federal Gov't to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.
