I took this pic a couple of days ago. The dirt mound he's on is about 50 feet from the front door. Looks like he made it through hunting season okay!

Nice Muley! He must be a wise fella, having survived the season. I hear tell that they are the game of choice in your neck o' the woods.
We just have puny blacktail deer in Western WA. And they are mighty elusive.
Hehe, believe me, the muleys are pretty elusive during the season!
I saw four bigger bucks and a few smaller ones less than a mile from the house about an hour ago.
